Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in implementing procurement plans, follow up procurement orders, and ensure materials arrive on time.
2. Responsible for inquiry, price comparison, negotiation, sorting out quotation information, and submitting procurement plans.
3. Assist in maintaining supplier relationships, collecting supplier information, and participating in supplier evaluation.
4. Sort out procurement documents, assist in handling warehousing and settlement procedures, and file procurement documents.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in purchasing, logistics or related fields is preferred.
2. Have relevant purchasing work experience, understand purchasing processes and basic business knowledge.
3. Possess good communication skills and negotiation awareness, familiar with office software operations.
4. Meticulous in work, responsible, and have a certain sense of cost control.
