Recently, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology announced the list of advanced intelligent factories in Jiangsu Province for 2025, and Meilai Medical's intelligent factory for safety injection products based on full process automation was honored to be on the list.

As is well known, smart factories are a key direction for the digital transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry, and they are also the key to enhancing competitiveness and achieving sustainable development for enterprises. At the theme conference of the 2024 World Intelligent Manufacturing Conference, the "National Intelligent Factory Gradient Cultivation Action" was launched with great emphasis, striving to build an intelligent gradient cultivation system from basic level, advanced level, excellent level to leading level.

Among them, advanced intelligent factories need to achieve digitalization and networking, including digitalization of research and development design, precision control of key processes, and integration of multi link management. At the beginning of the establishment and construction of the Meidelai Medical New Industrial Park, it was positioned as a green, low-carbon, digital intelligent factory. Of course, we cannot be satisfied with advanced levels.
